Paul Kopejtka is a Chemical Engineer and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with more than 30 years’ experience in the Australian and international resources sector. He has held senior executive and board roles across a range of listed mining companies, with extensive expertise in project development, operations, corporate strategy and capital markets. Paul has worked on major gold projects across Australia, Indonesia, Turkey, Ghana and Kazakhstan, and has led the development of significant iron ore, bauxite and nickel projects globally. He currently serves as Managing Director and CEO of Alliance Nickel Limited (ASX: AXN).

• During the 1990’s Mr Murray was Group Accounting Manager, Corporate and Taxation joint Company Secretary for Eltin Limited, a leading Australian based international mining services company.
• Mr Murray is currently General Manager Corporate and Company Secretary for the Heytesbury Group.

• Chartered Secretary with over 10 years of experience in corporate advisory, governance and risk services.
• He has previously acted as an adviser at the ASX and has a thorough understanding of the ASX Listing Rules, specialising in providing advice to companies and their boards in respect to capital raisings, IPOs, backdoor listings, corporate compliance and governance matters.
• Mr Andre holds qualifications in accounting, finance, corporate governance and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mr Padman is a highly experienced geologist and mining executive with over 15 years in the mining industry, spanning exploration, open pit and underground mining, and operational leadership. He brings a strong track record in resource development, project execution and operational management, where he has led high-performing teams, revitalized mining assets, and delivering value through technical excellence and disciplined execution.

Most recently, Mr Padman served as General Manager – Operations for Westgold Resources Meekatharra Gold Operations, where he oversaw significant operational transformation, including mine expansion, mine closure and infrastructure upgrades. His earlier roles include Geology Manager at Beacon Minerals and senior leadership positions across multiple operations at Westgold Resources, where he was instrumental in the revitalisation of the Fortnum and Cue Gold operations.

Zane holds a Bachelor of Science (Earth Sciences) from the University of Waikato and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). He is known for fostering strong workplace cultures, safety leadership, and a pragmatic, results-driven approach to mining.
